[Session 2] Our second session on focus and control reveals that when we combine movement, breathing and intention, we open ourselves to new, positive, conscious experiences. In the first part of this session, Dominique Antiglio will show us how to bring a clear intention to our day.
David will then help reinforce that intention as we move – bringing movement and mind together with a simple visualisation exercise. Dominique closes the week by teaching us some simple ways to use our intention to help shape the life we want.
Remember, try to do the programme in order and do session one and this session before you move on. If you’ve done the running session, there’s no need to also do walking, but you can switch between the two.
