[Session 1] Our theme this week is live the moment. Dr Danny Penman will open this first session by showing how mindfulness can help us settle and ground our body in the present moment.
Using visualisation, we’ll be able to move stronger for longer in our walk with David. Then, to close the session, Danny will take us through a classic mindfulness practice to help us cool down, reduce anxiety and dissolve any discomfort.
Remember, try to do the programme in order and do this session and session two before you move on. If you’ve done the walking session, there’s no need to also do running, but you can switch between the two.
