Shelly experienced a challenging upbringing being born into a cross-cultural marriage in the time of apartheid South Africa. At the age of 5 she was diagnosed with alopecia areata, an autoimmune disease with no cure.
Shelly was also diagnosed with cancer later in her adult life.
While working in corporate, as the Sales and Marketing Director for a multi-national company, Shelly finally decided to change her life while in the grips of a cocaine addiction that fuelled her corporate career success.
Today, shelly supports people to achieve deep transformation in their lives through various healing modalities offered at New Eden - hypnotherapy, retreats, sweat lodges, yoga classes and luminescent energy healing to name a few.
She is also part of a highly qualified team of professionals currently committed towards legalising psychedelic mushrooms in South Africa.
