Chris Fenning talks to Rudolf Rautenbach about his 2nd trip to South Africa, his upcoming TedX Talk, the power of LinkedIn, and how experts should talk to non-experts.

In February this year Chris Fenning visited South Africa for the first time for The First Minute South Africa Tour where in Cape Town and Pretoria he spoke at 19 events in 10 days! He reflects on his learnings from that first trip and how it unlocked new connections around the world.

He shares how his preparation for his first TedX talk is progressing and how he has refined his message from his multi-award winning book The First Minute. His book 39 ways to make training stick has made him realise how his peers neglect to follow up after their training sessions, and Chris shares his go to methods that he uses.

Finally he shares what he will be talking about at the "Relevant, relatable, jargon free speak" event on 1 November in Pretoria which is aimed at experts in finance, tech and pharma companies.
