How the New Minimum Wage Bill will affect domestic workers and employers

In 2022, The Employment and Labour Department is scheduled to update the minimum wage to 100% of the National Minimum Wage. This would raise the salary of a full-time domestic workers from R19.09 to R23 per hour.
