Four suspects appeared in the Vredenburg magistrate’s court on Thursday in connection with the disappearance of six-year-old Joslin Smith from Saldanha Bay.

The suspects, who include her mother face charges of human trafficking and kidnapping.

MEC for police oversight & community safety in the Western Cape Reagen Allen said more charges might be added and further arrests made.
