City Power implements power cuts in Joburg

Despite 75 days of suspended load shedding by Eskom, Johannesburg residents will, from today, have to contend with load reduction by City Power. The team shared the distinction between load shedding and load reduction, and invited listeners to share whether they believe this is return of load shedding as speculated before the elections.
