The collection is also committed to giving back to the communities where we operate, creating a positive impact that extends beyond the walls of our properties. It all started in 2007, when Nic and Louise Poole bought the Oyster Box Beach House in Kenton-On-Sea, setting the foundation for the Oyster Collection
