Zimmer is like any other mom in Saskatchewan, she loves spending time with her kids, juggles her job and maintaining a household, while still trying to find a moment for herself. But two years ago, she was handed a 15 per cent chance of surviving for another five years. 650 CKOM's Brittany Caffet sat down with Zimmer who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.
