There are 2 types of coffee drinkers in the world; those who think that all coffee is just coffee, no matter how it was made, and those who refuse to drink just any coffee. Whether you love latte's, cappuccino, cortados or espressos, the coffee element of the drink is the essence of the drink. Some coffee is instant coffee, and some are filtered.

Either way, what is the difference, and does it matter?
