This Sunday, The World Show Comes to you from The World!
I'll be broadcasting live from Julien Lebrun's home in Paris. Julien has been a well-known Afro-funk DJ since 1995 and is also the co-founder of HOT CASA Records, an Afro-soul label he founded in 2002 with Djamel Hammadi [aka DJ Afrobrazilero].
Alune Wade, a Senegalese-born, Paris-based bassist, will also join us to talk about his powerful new album, "New African Orleans," ahead of his performance at this year's Joy of Jazz in Johannesburg.
