Ever graduate with a degree and still feel totally unprepared for the real world? The University of Johannesburg’s Resolution Circle is stepping up. The innovation and tech hub, fully owned by UJ is helping engineering graduates get hands-on experience so they can hit the ground running. CEO Prof Willem Clarke says many young people, especially first-generation students from rural areas, lack both practical skills and essential life experience. That’s where Resolution Circle comes in offering training that helps young professionals actually get jobs, not just qualifications.
