The Young Intelligent Minds of South Africa (YIMOSA) is of the view that the conduct of some members of parliament represented in the Adhoc Committee that is proving allegations of interference, criminality and corruption in the Justice system is inquisitorial in a sense that it has the potential to scare other prospective witnesses. These conducts will result in potential witnesses to deliberately withhold sharing critical information with the committee in the event that they do not have a complete reflection of the occurrence of events.
