United States Economic Counsellor Laird Treiber recently gave some feedback on the African Growth and Opportunity Act, Agoa, following a recent forum meeting in Washington. One of the key discussion points centred around what will happen when Agoa comes to an end in 2025. In this segment, Treiber speaks about some of the opportunities for the South African agriculture sector. He says in future, there will be a lot of scope for the export of value-added or processed agricultural goods:
