#ANC54 Day Two Up To Now

Day 2 of the ANC's 54th National Conference, at the Nasrec Convention Centre in Johannesburg has gotten off to another late start, after a long delay, due to verification of delegates' credentials took up most of the morning. The Conference is currently engaged in a closed plenary session involving Constitutional amendments in the party, and while this has been closed to the media, indications are that one of the proposals from the camp of Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, has already been roundly defeated.
