Bloemfontein - Home Affairs offices will be open across the country today and tomorrow to assist the IEC with registration weekend. Between 8am and 5pm citizens can apply for IDs and Temporary Identity Certificates at a cost of R140 and R70 each. They can also pick up any unclaimed documents.
