The South African Police Service (SAPS) will today conclude its annual Police Music and Cultural Association (POLMUSCA) Unity Festival held in Kimberley, Northern Cape. Police spokesperson, Dimakatso Mooi, tells OFM News that the two day (POLMUSCA) was this year held in the province to showcase the talent of men and women in blue. Read more:
