Durban traffic management plan implemented ahead of Soweto Derby

Durban Metro Police say operations are underway to ensure a safe and successful Soweto Derby at the Moses Mabhida Stadium later. This after a riot broke out inside the stadium during a previous knock-out match involving Kaizer Chiefs earlier this year.
