This week is a big week on the South African triathlon calendar. Ironman 5150 Bela Bela takes on Saturday and that pretty much signals the start of the South African triathlon season. I am looking forward to being up in Limpopo this weekend for the race and I look forward to welcoming you home. If you are going to be racing on Saturday, please come say hi.
