Yesterday the government introduced long-promised legislation that aims to combat hatred, violence, and bullying online. Michael Geist is a Law Professor and Canada Research Chair in Internet and E-Commerce Law at the University of Ottawa. He joins Evan to explain the impact this legislation will have.
