After Regina police announced mandatory alcohol screening would accompany all roadside stops for the month of March, Saskatchewan RCMP are going to begin permanently including mandatory alcohol screening with all routine traffic stops. This news precedes a new statistic from SGI that found nearly 1,000 new drivers were suspended last year for exceeding alcohol or drug limits while behind the wheel.
